By claiming any bonus, free spins, rakeback, cashback or other reward at llucky-boom.nl, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms, the general Terms and Conditions and the Payment Policy.

1. General rules

1.1 Eligibility

• Bonuses are open to registered players who have given accurate account details and are not excluded from promotions.

1.2 Activation

Unless stated otherwise, you must activate the bonus in your account profile before you make the qualifying deposit. If you deposit first, the offer does not trigger and cannot be applied afterwards. This applies to the five deposits of the Welcome Package and to other deposit-linked promotions for which pre-activation is indicated.

1.3 Bonus funds and real money

• When a bonus is credited, you hold a real-money balance and a bonus balance. Real money is wagered first.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings from bonus funds that have met the wagering requirement may be withdrawn, within any stated cap.
• Rakeback and cashback without wagering are credited to your real-money balance and carry no wagering unless stated otherwise.

1.4 Wagering requirements

• The requirement is the bonus amount (and free-spin winnings where applicable) multiplied by the stated factor.
• Only real-money bets on eligible games count, except where a bonus is given for a specific game category.
• Slot games (excluding live dealer slots where applicable) normally count 100%.
• Live casino games count 10% towards the wagering of slot bonuses, so live play counts, at a reduced rate.
• A promotion may set different rates for particular games or categories; its terms then say so.
• Wagering with free-spin winnings follows the same rules as ordinary slot wagering.

1.5 Maximum bet

• While a bonus is being wagered, maximum bets apply. Exceeding them may lead to forfeiture of the bonus and its winnings.

1.6 Cash-out caps

• Unless stated otherwise, bonus winnings are capped at a maximum cash-out of 10× the bonus amount.
• Free-spin winnings are capped at €150 per bonus that awards free spins.
• The total cap on winnings derived from all Welcome Package bonus funds is €10,000.
• Caps for ongoing promotions are in Section 4.
• Amounts above the caps are removed when you withdraw.

1.7 Expiry

• Bonuses and free spins not used within the validity period of the promotion expire automatically and are removed without replacement.
• Sport bonuses expire 14 days after crediting unless stated otherwise.
• The expiry of other promotions is stated in their own terms.

1.8 Forfeiture

You may forfeit an active bonus at any time in your account settings; the bonus balance and its winnings are removed, and your real-money balance is not affected. Lucky Boom may also void a bonus and its winnings if it finds that the bonus was claimed in breach of these terms, for example through multiple accounts, false information, abusive wagering patterns or an attempt to circumvent the maximum bet or game restrictions.

2. Welcome Package: five deposits

2.1 Summary

New players at llucky-boom.nl may claim a Welcome Package across five consecutive deposits, worth up to €6,000 in bonus funds plus 300 free spins on selected BGaming games. Each of the five bonuses carries a ×40 wagering requirement and a 10× maximum cash-out on the bonus amount.

• Comboboost winnings are subject to the sport bonus wagering terms where applicable.

5.5 Free bets

• When a free bet is awarded, the stake stays in your balance.
• The return is (free bet amount × odds) minus the stake; the stake itself is not returned as a winning.
• A minimum odds requirement of 1.6 applies.
• Free-bet winnings may carry wagering requirements, as stated in the individual promotion.

6. Free spins: general conditions

8. Know Your Customer (KYC) and verification
