PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy was last updated on 12 October 2026.

1. INTRODUCTION

Lucky Boom values your privacy. Below we explain, calmly and plainly, what information we collect when you use our services, why we collect it and how we use it.

This Privacy Policy is an agreement between you and Lucky Boom ("we", "us", "our") and belongs to the Lucky Boom Terms and Conditions.

The website Lucky Boom (the "Casino", "Website", "Company", "We", "Us", "Our") is owned and operated by MAIREKE LIMITADA, a company registered under the laws of Costa Rica.

We may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time. Amendments are published on our platforms, and we suggest that you read the policy again now and then.

2. THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT

"Personal Information" is information that can identify you: first and last name, date of birth, home or other address, email address, telephone number and similar details. We may ask for it when you use our website, register an account or use our services. It can include contact details (including telephone number), shipping and billing details, transaction history, your preferences for using the website and your feedback on the Services. We keep it on servers in Costa Rica and, from time to time, in other places. When you use the services, our servers also keep an activity log specific to you, recording administrative and traffic details: source IP address, date and time of access, pages visited, language, software crash reports and browser type. We need these data to provide good services. We never collect Personal Information about you without your knowledge.

3. HOW DATA ARE COLLECTED AND PROCESSED

Some data are collected automatically, as described. We also receive Personal Information that you provide through the services or in other contact on Lucky Boom, and we may receive it from online vendors, service providers and lawfully acquired customer lists. We may use third-party providers for technical support, for processing your online transactions and for maintaining your account; they have access to the information you give them, and we use the Personal Information as this policy describes. We pass it to third parties outside the company only in accordance with this policy, and we see to it that our arrangements with them protect your privacy.

4. HOW WE USE INFORMATION

We use your Personal Information to deliver the Services, to support you, to carry out security and identity checks, to process your transactions, to help you take part in third-party promotions, to meet business requirements and for other purposes related to the operation of the Services. For these purposes we may share it with carefully selected partners, including parties with whom they have data-sharing arrangements.

We may also use it to offer you (1) promotions and information about our products and services and (2) those of our partners, so that our range grows and our service improves. We may occasionally ask for information through surveys or contests; taking part is entirely voluntary, and the information may include contact details (name, address, telephone number) and demographic details (postal code, age). By accepting a contest prize or winnings you agree that we may use your name in advertising and promotion without additional compensation, unless the law prohibits it. Unless you have chosen otherwise, we may use your Personal Information, including your email address and telephone number, to inform you about our products, services and promotions, including other gaming products (online poker, casino, betting, backgammon) and carefully selected third-party products and services.

5. DISCLOSURE IN CERTAIN CASES

We may disclose your Personal Information where the law requires, or where we believe in good faith that it is necessary to (1) comply with legal process served on us, on our sites or on the services, or in a substantially similar legal obligation, (2) protect and defend our rights or property, or (3) protect the personal safety of users or the public. If we find, at our sole discretion, that you have cheated or tried to defraud us, the company or another user in any way, including game manipulation or payment fraud, or if we suspect fraudulent payment (including stolen credit cards, chargebacks or other reversals) or a prohibited transaction (including money laundering), we may share this information and your identity with other online gaming sites, banks, credit card companies, and the appropriate agencies and authorities. (4) For research into the prevention of addiction, data may be made anonymous and passed to the relevant institutions.

6. ACCESS

You may opt out of promotional messages in your account settings, through the link in our emails, or at any time by writing to Customer Service.

You may also contact us to 1) confirm that the Personal Information we hold is accurate, 2) have it updated, or 3) complain about how we use it. On request we will (1) update information you gave us, where you show that the change is necessary, or (2) mark it so that it is no longer used for marketing. This Privacy Policy does not prevent us from keeping Personal Information where the law requires it.

7. COOKIES

Information placed on your device

When you use our services we may store small text files, called cookies, on your device to record your preferences. We also use Local Shared Objects, or "flash cookies", which allow us to remember things about your visits across our sites. Neither can be used to reach other information on your computer. We use them only to follow the use of our services, to monitor traffic, to improve the services and to make them easier or more relevant. Flash cookies and third-party cookies also help us show more relevant advertisements.

Strictly necessary cookies

These cookies are essential for moving around a website and using its features, such as secure areas and financial transactions. Without them, our websites could not work efficiently.

During registration

These cookies hold the information collected at registration, so that we can recognise you as a customer and provide the services you need; we may also use the data to understand your interests online and to improve your visits.

On our website

For visitors to our website we use cookies to collect information. Our servers use three types of cookie:

A "session" cookie lasts only for your visit; it helps you move around faster and, for registered customers, lets us show more relevant information. It expires when you close your browser.

A "persistent" cookie stays on your computer for a period set for each cookie. Flash cookies are persistent too.

"Analytical" cookies let us recognise and count visitors and see how the services are used, so that we can improve how our sites work, for instance by helping you find what you look for.

You may accept or decline cookies. Most browsers accept them automatically, but you can usually change the settings to decline them. The Help menu of most browsers explains how to prevent new cookies, how to be notified of them and how to disable them altogether.

Flash cookies

You can change your Flash Player settings to prevent flash cookies, in the Settings Manager. To block them from all third-party content, open "Global Storage Settings", deselect "Allow third-party flash content to store information on your computer" and close the Settings Manager. For particular websites, use "Website Storage Settings".

If your Flash Player or browser is old, the Settings Manager may not be available. We recommend updating both to the latest versions.

If you decline cookies, some interactive features of our sites may not be available to you.

8. PAYMENT PROVIDERS

To play for real money you send money to us and receive money from us. We may use third-party electronic payment systems to process these transactions. By accepting this Privacy Policy you expressly consent to the use of the Personal Information needed to process transactions, including, where necessary, its transfer outside your country. We see to it that our arrangements with payment systems protect your privacy.

9. SECURITY REVIEW

We may conduct a security review at any time to validate the data you gave at registration and to verify your use of the services and your financial transactions for possible breaches of our Terms and Conditions or of the law. By using our services, and thereby agreeing to our Terms and Conditions, you authorise us to use your Personal Information and to disclose it to third parties for the purpose of validating what you provide, including, where necessary, transferring it outside your country. Reviews may include ordering a credit report or checking your information against third-party databases, and you agree to provide the information or documents we request. 10. SECURITY

We understand the importance of security. All Personal Information we receive directly from you is stored in an encrypted, password-protected database within our secure network, behind active state-of-the-art firewall software. (Our Services support SSL Version 3 with 128-bit encryption.) We also take measures to see that our subsidiaries, agents, affiliates and suppliers apply adequate security.

11. PROTECTION OF MINORS

Our Services are not intended for, or directed at, persons under eighteen (18) or the lawful age in their jurisdiction. Anyone who gives us information through the services tells us that they are eighteen (18) or older, or of the lawful age in their jurisdiction. It is our policy to uncover attempts by minors to use our services, which may involve a security review. If we learn that a minor has tried to submit, or has submitted, personal information, we will not accept it and will purge it from our records.

12. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS

Personal Information collected through the services may be stored and processed in any country where we or our affiliates, suppliers or agents have facilities. By using our services you expressly consent to any transfer outside your country, including to countries that may not be assessed as having adequate privacy laws. We nevertheless take steps to see that our agents, affiliates and suppliers follow our privacy standards wherever they are.

13. THIRD-PARTY PRACTICES

We cannot ensure the protection of information that you give to a third-party website that links to or from the services, or that is collected by a third party administering our affiliate programme (if any) or another programme, since those websites are independently owned and operated. What they collect is governed by their own privacy policy, if any.

14. DISCLAIMER

The Services operate "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without liability of any kind. We are not responsible for events beyond our direct control. Because our technology and business are complex and ever-changing, we cannot guarantee error-free performance regarding the privacy of your Personal Information, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages relating to its use or release.

15. CONSENT TO THIS POLICY

Using our services means that you agree to this Privacy Policy.

This is our entire and exclusive Privacy Policy and it replaces any earlier version. Please read it together with our Terms and Conditions and any additional terms posted on our platforms. We may change it from time to time and will publish the amended text on our Platforms; your continued use of our services after a change means that you accept it. We suggest that you revisit this policy regularly.

In addition, under Article 77 of the GDPR you have the right to lodge a complaint about the processing of your data with a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of your habitual residence, your place of work or the place of the alleged infringement.

16. OTHER WEBSITES

Our website may contain links to other websites that we do not control and that this Privacy Policy does not cover. If you use such links, the operators of those sites may collect information from you and use it under their own privacy policies, which may differ from ours. We are not responsible for that; the operators alone answer for how their sites work and for any errors on them.

17. OTHER TERMS

Versions of the Privacy Notice other than the English one are provided for information only. If there is a difference or conflict between versions, the English version prevails.

18. DATA RETENTION

As our Terms and Conditions state, both you and the Casino may have your Player Account closed at any time. After closure, we keep your personal data on record for as long as the law requires and use it only where competent authorities need it in enquiries about financial and fiscal records, fraud, money laundering or any other illegal activity.

Please note that, under anti-money-laundering regulation in licensed gaming jurisdictions in the European Union, we must keep the data you submitted at registration, and any data passed on while your Player Account was active, for at least five years from the last transaction or the closure of the account. Requests for erasure before then therefore cannot be accepted.
