TERMS, READ IN PEACE

Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 12.10.2026

1. Introduction

These terms, and the documents to which they refer (the "Terms"), apply to your use of this website (the "Website") and of the services connected with it (together, the "Service").

We recommend that you read the Terms in full: they describe your rights and obligations and form a binding agreement between you (the "Customer") and us. When you use the Website or the Service, as a visitor or with a registered account (the "Account"), you accept the Terms and any later amendment. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Website or the Service. The website Lucky Boom (the "Casino", "Website", "Company", "We", "Us", "Our") is owned and operated by MAIREKE LIMITADA, a company registered under the laws of Costa Rica.

2. General

We may amend these Terms, including the documents they refer to, at any time; please consult this page from time to time. An amendment takes effect when it is published. If you object, you should stop using the Service at once; continued use means acceptance. Bets that were not settled before an amendment remain subject to the earlier Terms. 3. Your obligations Each time you use the Website or the Service, you confirm that:

3.1. You are over 18, or over the age at which gambling is lawful where you live; we may ask for proof of age at any time.

3.2. You have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement with us.

3.3. You live in a jurisdiction where gambling is permitted and not in a country that prohibits online gambling to its residents or to anyone within it. Ensuring that your use is lawful is your responsibility alone.

3.4. You do not use a VPN, proxy or similar service to hide or alter your true location.

3.5. You are the authorised user of the payment method you use.

3.6. You make every payment in good faith and do not try to reverse it or cause it to be reversed.

3.7. You may lose some or all of the money you deposit, and you are responsible for that loss.

3.8. You do not place bets using information obtained in breach of the law of the country in which you are located.

3.9. You act on your own behalf as a private person, and not for another party or for commercial purposes.

3.10. You do not try, in bad faith, to manipulate any market or part of the Service, nor harm the integrity of the Service or of us.

3.11. You act in good faith towards us in relation to every bet.

3.12. Neither you nor your employees, employers, agents or family members are registered in our Affiliate programme. 4. Restrictions on use 4.1. You must not use the Service:

4.1.1. If you are under 18 (or under the age of majority where you live), lack legal capacity, or act on behalf of a person under that age;

4.1.2. If you live in a country that prohibits online gambling to its residents or to anyone within it.

4.1.3. If you live in, or access the Website from: Austria, France and its territories, Germany, the Netherlands and its territories, Spain, the Union of Comoros, the United Kingdom, the USA and its territories, any country on the FATF blacklist, or any other jurisdiction that the Anjouan Offshore Financial Authority considers prohibited.

4.1.4. To collect nicknames, email addresses or other information about other Customers, for example by spam or unauthorised framing of or linking to the Service;

4.1.5. To disrupt or improperly influence other Customers or the operation of the Service;

4.1.6. To promote unsolicited advertising, affiliate links or similar solicitation, which may be removed without notice;

4.1.7. In a manner that we reasonably consider an attempt to cheat the Service or another Customer, or to collude with another Customer for a dishonest advantage;

4.1.8. To scrape our odds or infringe our Intellectual Property Rights; or

4.1.9. For any unlawful activity.

4.2. You may not sell or transfer your account, or acquire a player account from a third party.

4.3. You may not transfer funds between player accounts.

4.4. If you use the Service for unauthorised purposes, we may close your Account immediately by written notice and, in certain cases, take legal action.

4.5. Employees of the Company, its licensees, distributors, wholesalers, subsidiaries, advertising, promotional and other agencies, media partners, contractors and retailers, and members of their immediate families, may not play for real money without prior consent of the Company Director or CEO. If this is discovered, the accounts will be closed immediately and all bonuses and winnings forfeited.

5. Registration

You agree that, each time you use the Service:

5.1. We may refuse any registration at our discretion, without giving a reason.

5.2. You complete the registration form yourself and read and accept the Terms before using the Service. To bet or to withdraw winnings we may ask you to become verified and to pass certain checks. We may require valid proof of identity and any other document we consider necessary, including a photo ID (a copy of a passport, driving licence or national identity card) and a recent utility bill showing your name and address as proof of residence. Until we receive them, we may suspend wagering or restrict Account options. This follows gaming regulation and anti-money-laundering requirements. You fund your Account with the payment methods shown in the payment section of the Website.

5.3. You must provide accurate contact details, including a valid email address (the "Registered Email Address"), and keep them up to date; otherwise you may not receive important notices, including changes to the Terms. We identify and communicate with Customers through that address. Each Customer must keep an active and unique email account, give us the correct address, tell the Company of any change and keep the mailbox secure. The Company is not responsible for any damage or loss said to result from communication through it. A Customer who cannot be reached by email will be suspended until a reachable address is provided. If you knowingly provide false or inaccurate information, we will suspend your Account immediately by written notice and may take legal action or contact the relevant authorities.

5.4. You may register one Account only. Several Accounts, including those opened through representatives, relatives, associates, affiliates, related or connected persons or third parties acting for you, may be closed at once.

5.5. To confirm your identity and financial standing, we may ask for further personal information, such as your full name, or use third-party information providers; we will tell you what we obtain in this way. 5.6. Please keep your password confidential. If the requested Account information has been supplied correctly, we may assume that bets, deposits and withdrawals were made by you. We advise you to change your password regularly and never to disclose it; protecting it is your responsibility, at your own risk and expense. You may log out at the end of each session. If you believe that your information has been misused, that your Account or Registered Email Address has been hacked, or that your password has been discovered, you must tell us immediately; we may then ask for further information to verify your identity, and we will suspend the Account once we know. Until then you are responsible for all activity on your Account, including third-party access, whether or not you authorised it.

5.7. You must not pass content or information from the Service to anyone else by screen capture or a similar method, nor display it in a frame or in any way different from how it appears when the URL is typed into a browser.

5.8. When you register you may use all the currencies available on the Website, which are the currencies of your deposits, withdrawals and bets. If a payment method does not process a currency, a processing currency is shown, with a conversion calculator on the page.

5.9. We are not obliged to open an Account for you; the sign-up page is merely an invitation to treat, the decision is ours, and a refusal need not be explained.

5.10. After receiving your application we may contact you for further information or documents, so that we can meet our regulatory and legal obligations.

6. Your Account

6.1. An Account may hold several currencies; balances and transactions are then shown in the currency of the transaction.

6.2. We do not extend credit for use of the Service.

6.3. We may close or suspend an Account if you do not, or we reasonably believe that you do not, comply with the Terms, to safeguard the integrity or fairness of the Service, or on other reasonable grounds, and we cannot always warn you in advance. If we close or suspend your Account for breach of the Terms, we may cancel or void your bets and withhold the money in your Account, including deposits.

6.4. We may close or suspend any Account without notice and return the funds; obligations that have already matured will still be honoured.

6.5. We may refuse, restrict, cancel or limit any wager at any time and for any reason, including a bet that we believe was placed fraudulently to circumvent our limits or system rules.

6.6. An amount credited to your Account by mistake remains our property; when we become aware of it we will tell you and withdraw it from your Account.

6.7. If your Account becomes overdrawn for any reason, you owe us the overdrawn amount.

6.8. Please tell us as soon as you notice an error on your Account.

6.9. Betting is purely entertainment and should stop when it ceases to be enjoyable; never bet more than you can afford to lose. If you feel you may have lost control of your gambling, we offer self-exclusion: send a message to Customer Support from your Registered Email Address saying that you wish to SELF-EXCLUDE, and the request takes effect within 24 hours of receipt. Your account is then disabled until further notice and you cannot log in.

6.10. You may not transfer, sell or pledge your Account to another person. This covers any asset of value, including ownership of accounts, winnings, deposits, bets and any rights or claims connected with them, whether legal, commercial or otherwise, and includes encumbrance, pledging, assignment, usufruct, trading, brokering, hypothecation and gifting, with a fiduciary or any other third party, company, person, foundation or association in any form

6.11. If you wish to close your account, send an email from your Registered Email Address to Customer Support using the links on the Website.

7. Deposits

7.1. Deposits should be made from an account, payment system or credit card registered in your own name. A deposit in another currency is converted at the daily oanda.com rate or at the prevailing rate of our bank or payment processor; some payment systems add exchange fees, which are deducted from the deposit.

7.2. Fees and charges may apply to deposits and withdrawals and are shown on the Website. In most cases we absorb the transaction fees on deposits to your Lucky Boom Account; you bear your own bank charges.

7.3. The Company is not a financial institution and uses third-party processors for card deposits. A card deposit is credited only once we receive an approval and authorisation code from the issuing institution.

7.4. You agree to pay all amounts due to us or to payment providers and not to make charge-backs or to cancel or reverse deposits. If you do, you will refund and compensate us for the unpaid deposit and the costs of collecting it, and winnings from wagers made with those funds will be forfeited. Your player account is not a bank account and is not guaranteed, insured or protected by any deposit or banking insurance scheme in any jurisdiction; it earns no interest.

7.5. If you accept a promotional or bonus offer by entering a bonus code with a deposit, you accept the Terms of Bonuses and the terms of the specific bonus.

7.6. Funds originating from criminal, illegal or unauthorised activity must not be deposited.

7.7. If you deposit by credit card, we recommend that you keep copies of the transaction records and of these Terms.

7.8. Internet gambling may be illegal where you are; if so, you may not use your payment card to deposit here. You must know the law on online gambling in your country.

8. Withdrawals

8.1. You may withdraw unused and cleared funds by sending a withdrawal request under the withdrawal conditions. The minimum withdrawal per transaction is €10 (or the equivalent in another currency), except on closure of the account, when the whole balance may be withdrawn.

8.2. No withdrawal commission applies if you have wagered the deposit at least once; otherwise we may deduct 8%, with a minimum of 4 euro (or the equivalent), to combat money laundering.

8.3. Before approving a withdrawal we may request a photo ID, confirmation of address or other verification (a selfie, a verification call and so on), and we may verify your identity at any time.

8.4. Withdrawals must be made to the original card, bank account or payment method. At our discretion we may allow another method, always subject to additional security checks.

8.5. If you wish to withdraw but your account is inaccessible, dormant, locked or closed, please contact Customer Service.

8.6. Where your balance is at least 10 times your total deposits, withdrawals are limited to €5,000 (or the equivalent) a month; in other cases the maximum is €10,000 a month.

8.7. We cannot guarantee that a withdrawal or refund will be processed if you have breached the restricted-use rules in Clauses 3.3 and 4.

9. Payment transactions and processors

9.1. You are fully responsible for paying all amounts you owe us. You must pay in good faith and must not reverse a payment, or cause it to be reversed, to avoid a liability properly incurred. You will reimburse us for any charge-back, denial or reversal and for the loss we suffer, and we may charge an administration fee of €50, or the equivalent, per case.

9.2. We may use third-party electronic payment processors or merchant banks, and you agree to be bound by their terms provided that they are made known to you and do not conflict with the Terms.

9.3. All transactions may be checked to prevent money laundering and terrorist financing, and suspicious transactions will be reported to the relevant authority.

10. Errors

10.1. If an error or malfunction occurs in our system or processes, all bets are void. Please report any error as soon as you notice it. We are not liable to you or to any third party for costs, expenses, losses or claims, direct or indirect, resulting from communication or system errors, bugs or viruses, or from payments made as a result of a defect in the Service, and we may void the games and bets concerned and take any other action needed to correct the error.

10.2. We make every effort to avoid errors when posting bookmaker lines. If, through human error or system problems, a bet is accepted at odds that are materially different from those generally available, or clearly incorrect given the chance of the event at the time, we may cancel or void it, or void a wager placed after an event has started.

10.3. We may recover any overpaid amount and adjust your Account to correct a mistake, for example an incorrect price or a wrongly entered result. If your Account holds insufficient funds, we may demand the outstanding amount relating to erroneous bets, and we may cancel, reduce or delete pending plays whether or not they were placed with funds resulting from the error.

11. Rules of play, refunds and cancellations

11.1. The winner of an event is determined on the date of settlement, and protested or overturned decisions are not recognised for wagering purposes.

11.2. Results are final after 72 hours and no queries are entertained after that; within 72 hours they are corrected only for human error, system error or an error of the source.

11.3. If the governing body of a match overturns the result for any reason within the payout period, all money is refunded. 11.4. If a game is drawn and a draw option was offered, all stakes on a team to win or lose are lost; if no draw option was offered, everyone is refunded; and if no draw option was available, extra time counts, if played.

11.5. If a result cannot be validated, for instance because the feed broadcasting the event is interrupted and cannot be verified from another source, we may deem the wagers invalid and refund them.

11.6. Minimum and maximum wagers on all events are determined by us and may change without prior written notice, and we may also adjust limits on individual Accounts.

11.7. You are solely responsible for your own transactions. A completed transaction cannot be changed. We are not responsible for missing or duplicate wagers and will not consider discrepancy requests on that ground. You can review your transactions in the My Account section after each session.

11.8. A matchup stands as long as the two teams are correct, regardless of the league heading under which it appears. 11.9. Start dates and times shown for eSport matches are indicative only. If a match is suspended or postponed and not resumed within 72 hours of the scheduled start, it has no action and wagers are refunded, except wagers on whether a team or player advances in, or wins, a tournament, which stand.

11.10. If an event is posted with an incorrect date, all wagers stand on the date announced by the governing body.

11.11. If a team uses stand-ins, the result stands, since using them was the team's choice.

11.12. The Company may remove events, markets and any other products from the Website.

11.13. A detailed explanation of our sports betting rules is on a separate page: SPORTS BETTING RULES

12. Communications and notices

12.1. Communications and notices from you to us are to be sent through the Customer Support form on the Website.

12.2. Unless otherwise specified, our communications and notices are posted on the Website or sent to your Registered Email Address, by a method we choose.

12.3. Communications and notices from either party must be in writing, in English, and sent to or from the Registered Email Address.

12.4. From time to time we may email you about betting, promotional offers and other Lucky Boom news. You agree to receive them by accepting these Terms at registration, and you may opt out of promotions at any time by contacting Customer Support.

13. Matters beyond our control

We are not liable for any failure or delay in providing the Service caused by Force Majeure, that is, an event reasonably beyond our control despite reasonable preventive measures, such as an act of God, a trade or labour dispute, a power cut, an act, failure or omission of a government or authority, an obstruction or failure of telecommunication services, or any other failure caused by a third party, nor for any resulting loss or damage. In such an event we may cancel or suspend the Service without liability.

14. Liability

14.1. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT COMPENSATE YOU FOR ANY REASONABLY FORESEEABLE LOSS OR DAMAGE, DIRECT OR INDIRECT, IF WE FAIL TO CARRY OUT OUR OBLIGATIONS UNDER THESE TERMS, UNLESS WE BREACH A DUTY IMPOSED BY LAW (INCLUDING DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY CAUSED BY OUR NEGLIGENCE); AND EVEN THEN WE ARE NOT LIABLE IF THE FAILURE IS DUE TO (I) YOUR OWN FAULT, (II) A THIRD PARTY UNCONNECTED WITH OUR PERFORMANCE (FOR EXAMPLE NETWORK PERFORMANCE, CONGESTION, CONNECTIVITY OR YOUR EQUIPMENT), OR (III) ANY OTHER EVENT THAT NEITHER WE NOR OUR SUPPLIERS COULD HAVE FORESEEN OR PREVENTED WITH REASONABLE CARE. THE SERVICE IS FOR CONSUMER USE ONLY, AND WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR BUSINESS LOSSES OF ANY KIND.

14.2. IF WE ARE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY EVENT, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU WILL NOT EXCEED THE LOWER OF (A) THE VALUE OF THE BETS YOU PLACED THROUGH YOUR ACCOUNT ON THE RELEVANT BET, WAGER OR PRODUCT AND (B) EUR €500 IN TOTAL.

14.3. WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU (I) CHECK BEFORE USE THAT THE SERVICE IS SUITABLE AND COMPATIBLE WITH YOUR EQUIPMENT, AND (II) TAKE REASONABLE PRECAUTIONS AGAINST HARMFUL PROGRAMS OR DEVICES, INCLUDING ANTI-VIRUS SOFTWARE.

15. Responsible gambling

Lucky Boom wishes to provide an enjoyable gaming experience and recognises its responsibility to prevent problem gambling. We advise all players to bear the following in mind and not to gamble irresponsibly:

Play for entertainment, not to make money.

Avoid chasing losses.

Set limits for yourself.

Do not let gambling interfere with your daily responsibilities.

Never gamble money you cannot afford to lose.

Take breaks.

Please consider the questions below. If you answer YES to most of them, we advise you to take action so that gambling does not harm your life:

Does gambling affect your work?

Has gambling caused arguments with family or friends?

Do you always return to win back your losses?

Have you borrowed money to gamble?

Do you see gambling as a source of income?

Do you find it difficult to limit your gambling?

What can you do?

How we can help

If you are concerned about your gambling, we advise you to take a break by excluding yourself from your gaming account. Self-exclusion locks the account for at least 6 months and no promotional material is sent.

Our Customer Support team will gladly arrange this at any time. A 7-day cooling-off period is also available. We recommend that you also ask every other gambling site where you have an account to exclude you.

Underage gambling

Players must have reached the legal gambling age in their jurisdiction (at least 18) to play at luckyboom.com. They are responsible for knowing the age limit where they live and play and for confirming their eligibility when creating an account. We also advise parents to:

Protect computers, phones and tablets with a password.

Not leave a device unattended while logged in to an account.

Keep account details and payment cards out of children's reach.

Not save passwords on a computer, but write them down and keep them out of reach.

Install filtering software (such as Net Nanny) to prevent minors from reaching unsuitable sites.

16. Gambling by persons under age

16.1. If we suspect, or are notified, that you are under 18 (or under the age of majority under the law applicable to you) now, or were when you placed any bet through the Service, your Account will be suspended (locked) so that no further bets or withdrawals can be made. We will investigate, including whether you were betting as an agent for, or on behalf of, a person below that age. If we find that you (a) are currently, (b) were at the relevant time below that age, or (c) were betting as an agent for or at the request of a person below it:

all winnings currently in, or due to be credited to, your Account will be retained;

all winnings obtained through the Service while under age must be paid to us on demand, failing which we will seek all costs of recovery; and/or

any money in your Account that is not winnings will be returned to you OR retained until you turn 18, at our sole discretion, and we may deduct payment transaction fees, including fees on deposits to your Lucky Boom account that we covered.

16.2. This condition also applies to you if you are over 18 but bet in a jurisdiction that sets a higher legal minimum age and you are below it.

16.3. If we suspect a breach of this Clause, or an attempt to rely on it for a fraudulent purpose, we may take any action necessary to investigate, including informing law-enforcement agencies.

17. Fraud

We will seek criminal and contractual sanctions against any Customer involved in fraud, dishonesty or criminal acts and will withhold payment where they are suspected. The Customer indemnifies us and must pay on demand all costs, charges and losses we sustain (including direct, indirect and consequential losses, loss of profit, loss of business and loss of reputation) arising from the Customer's fraud, dishonesty or criminal act.

18. Intellectual property

18.1. Any unauthorised use of our name and logo may result in legal action.

18.2. As between you and us, we are the sole owners of the rights in the Service, our technology, software and business systems (the "Systems") and our odds. You must not use your personal profile for your own commercial gain, and we may remove or reclaim a nickname if we consider it appropriate.

18.3. You may not use our URL, trademarks, trade names, trade dress, logos (the "Marks") or our odds with any product or service that is not ours, in a manner likely to cause confusion, or to disparage us.

18.4. Except as expressly provided in these Terms, neither we nor our licensors grant you any right, licence, title or interest in the Systems or the Marks. You agree not to use any automatic or manual device to monitor or copy pages or content in the Service; unauthorised use may result in legal action.

19. Your licence

19.1. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, limited, non-transferable and non-sublicensable licence to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only, which ends when our agreement ends.

19.2. Except for your own content, you may not modify, publish, transmit, transfer, sell, reproduce, upload, post, distribute, perform, display, create derivative works from or otherwise exploit the Service, its content or its software, unless these Terms or the Website expressly permit it. No information or content may be modified, altered, merged with other data or published in any form, including screen or database scraping or any other activity intended to collect, store, reorganise or manipulate it.

19.3. Non-compliance with this Clause may also violate our or third parties' intellectual property and proprietary rights and may give rise to civil liability or criminal prosecution.

20. Your conduct and safety

20.1. To protect you and all our Customers, posting any content on the Service, and any conduct connected with it or with the Service, that is unlawful, inappropriate or undesirable is strictly prohibited ("Prohibited Behaviour").

20.2. If you engage in Prohibited Behaviour, or we determine in our sole discretion that you do, your Account or your access to the Service may be terminated immediately without notice, and legal action may be taken against you by another Customer, a third party, enforcement authorities or us.

20.3. Prohibited Behaviour includes, without limitation, using the Service to: promote or share information that you know to be false, misleading or unlawful; engage in unlawful activity, including furthering criminal enterprise, violating the privacy or other rights of another person, or creating or spreading computer viruses; harm minors in any way; send or publish unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, lewd, violent, hateful or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable content; send content that you have no right to make available under any law or contractual or fiduciary relationship, including content that infringes a third party's copyright, trademark or other intellectual property; send content containing a software virus or other code (including HTML) designed to interrupt, destroy or alter the functionality of the Service, its presentation or any other website, software or hardware; interfere with, disrupt or reverse engineer the Service, including intercepting, emulating or redirecting our communication protocols, creating or using cheats, mods or hacks, or using software that intercepts or collects information from or through the Service; retrieve or index information using any robot, spider or other automated mechanism; take part in any activity that, in our sole and unfettered discretion, results or may result in another Customer being defrauded or scammed; send unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or mass mailing, such as junk mail, instant messaging, "spim", "spam", chain letters, pyramid schemes or other solicitations; create Accounts by automated means or under false or fraudulent pretences; impersonate another Customer or any third party; or do anything else that we reasonably consider contrary to our business principles. The list is not exhaustive and may be modified at any time. We may investigate and take all action we consider appropriate or necessary, including deleting postings and terminating Accounts, and act against any Customer or third party who directly or indirectly engages in, or knowingly permits, Prohibited Behaviour, with or without notice.

21. Links to other websites

The Service may contain links to third-party websites that we do not maintain, are not related to and cannot control. Such links are provided only as a convenience; we do not investigate, monitor or check them for accuracy or completeness, and they imply no endorsement of, or affiliation with, the websites, their content or their owners. We have no control over, or responsibility for, their availability, accuracy, completeness, accessibility or usefulness. When visiting them, please take the usual precautions, including reviewing their privacy policy and terms of use.

22. Complaints

22.1. If you have concerns or questions about these Terms, contact our Customer Service Department through the links on the Website and use your Registered Email Address in all communication with us.

22.2. NOTWITHSTANDING THE ABOVE, WE ACCEPT NO LIABILITY TO YOU OR TO ANY THIRD PARTY IN RESPONDING TO A COMPLAINT OR IN ANY ACTION TAKEN IN CONNECTION WITH IT.

22.3. If you are dissatisfied with the settlement of a bet, give details to our Customer Service Department. We will use reasonable endeavours to respond within a few days and intend to respond to all such queries within 28 days of receipt.

22.4. Disputes must be lodged within three (3) days of the date on which the wager was decided; no claims will be honoured afterwards. You are solely responsible for your Account transactions.

22.5. If a dispute arises, our Customer Service Department will try to reach an agreed solution; if it cannot, the matter will be escalated to our management.

22.6. If all efforts to resolve a dispute to your satisfaction have failed, you have the right to have it settled by arbitration.

23. Assignment

You may not assign these Terms or any right or obligation under them without our prior written consent, which will not be unreasonably withheld. We may, without your consent, assign all or part of our rights and obligations to a third party able to provide a service of substantially similar quality, by posting written notice on the Service.

24. Severability

If any competent authority finds a provision of these Terms unenforceable or invalid, the provision will be modified to the extent necessary to make it enforceable in line with the intention of the original text, and the remaining provisions will not be affected.

25. Breach of these Terms

Without limiting our other remedies, we may suspend or terminate your Account and refuse to continue the Service, without prior notice, if in our reasonable opinion you breach a material term of these Terms; we will promptly notify you of any such action.

26. General provisions

26.1. Term. These Terms remain in full force while you access or use the Service or are a Customer or visitor of the Website, and survive termination of your Account for any reason.

26.2. Interpretation. The singular includes the plural and vice versa; the masculine includes the feminine and neuter and vice versa; and words referring to persons include individuals, partnerships, associations, trusts, unincorporated organisations and corporations.

26.3. Waiver. A waiver by us of a breach or threatened breach is effective only if it is in writing and duly signed by us, and unless it says otherwise it is limited to the specific breach. Our failure to enforce a term at any time is not a waiver of the term or of our right to enforce it later.

26.4. Acknowledgement. By accessing or using the Service hereafter, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to every paragraph of these Terms and irrevocably waive any future argument, claim, demand or proceeding to the contrary.

26.5. Language. If the English version of these rules differs from any other language version, the English version prevails.

26.6. Governing law. These Terms are governed exclusively by the law in force in the state of Anjouan in the Union of Comoros.

26.7. Entire agreement. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us on your access to and use of the Service and replace all earlier agreements and communications, oral or written, on that subject.
